McKenna can often be found on TV screens across Europe thanks to two popular cooking shows: “The Taste” (Channel Four) with Anthony Bourdain; and “Cocinando con Coco,” co-hosted by Emeril Lagasse.
She is also the author of two best-selling cookbooks, “Cocinando con Coco” and “Irish Country Cooking”, which has sold over one million copies.
McKenna is also a spokesperson for Irish dairy products Kerrygold.
In 2002 McKenna founded her own charity: The Clodagh Marie Foundation in partnership with St Vincent de Paul Society, providing education to poverty-stricken children around Ireland who otherwise would not have had access to it.
