Sue Ramirez is a woman who has always been an athlete. She played volleyball in high school and went on to be a coach for the sport. When she was introduced to CrossFit, she realized that her love of fitness could also be combined with her love of sports. Sue now works as a trainer at Crossfit Las Vegas and teaches group classes in addition to coaching individual clients.
A few years ago, I discovered what would become my favorite form of exercise: cross-training workouts! In fact, during my first class at CrossFit LV (Las Vegas), I thought it was so much fun that everyone should try this out! That’s why I’m both teaching general population groups and working one-on-one with people looking to improve their fitness and health.
I enjoy being a trainer because it’s so gratifying to see people make the progress they deserve with hard work, discipline, and dedication. When I’m not at CrossFit LV or teaching classes, you can find me enjoying my favorite hobbies like hiking, running (especially in local trail races!), cycling on scenic trails around Las Vegas Valley, exploring new recipes for healthy cooking, and spending time with family & friends!
